Over the years I had helped more than 2380 tenants and families to get their property in short times. However I strongly believe that by using facts & figures to analyse the suitable options for clients . Beside that I’m well established building rapport and understand the needs from clients. Furthermore I and my team are focused on housing management and leasing in Desaru (Bandar Penawar) & Pengerang area. Besides that I do have a team of maintenance and we will do our best to assist clients whenever they encounter problems. In addition I’m now managing over 360 owner properties in Desaru (Bandar Penawar) & Pengerang area. Mostly are Double Storey Terrence House, Single Storey Terrence House, Semi-D House , Condominium , Shop Lot and etc. I and my team developed our very own G.R.O.W strategy that enables us to analyse property trends and identify undervalue properties from macro to micro perspective. Other than helping our clients, we also GROW our property portfolios.
