Hi I am Tracy, I started my real estate negotiator career in year 2010. I help home seller, buyer, tenant and property investor sell, purchase and rent for over 12 years. I focus on secondary market and I deal with residential rental and sales transaction value over RM20mil annually, my specific areas of expertise include negotiation, transaction management and financial structuring.

I joined The Roof Realty Sdn Bhd as Team Leader position in year 2016, He started build his team and founded Buddies Group after 3 months in The Roof Realty. After 5 years of hard work, I have been promoted as Associate Leader and Buddies Group has cultivated 70+ leaders and the group has grown more that 1,000 of real estate negotiators.

As an associate leader with a practical focus on sales, performance improvement and executive of leadership, I advise and provide training to enhance all team members capability and performance.

I have leading Buddies Group achieve TRR Top Transacted Group Sales consistently for 3 years (2019, 2020, 2021) make over RM 67 million of completed sales commission and RM 2.9 billion of property transacted value .
