I have many years of solid and in-depth experience in real estate and property development, as well as Investment Banking.

I am a firm believer that real estate is an asset class in any discerning investment portfolio. As such, I always strive to assist my clients in acquiring not only their ideal properties (residential, commercial and industrial) but also ones that provide long term sustainable yield and good capital returns.

With both my passion in real estate and experience as an investment banker, I am well trained and experienced to understand your needs/requirements and provide you with a professional advice on any real estate related matters.

I have vast experience in dealing with residential, commercial and industrial properties, locally and internationally. In Malaysia, while my areas of focus are in Klang Valley (KL, Bangsar, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and Klang), I have also assisted clients with properties sales/purchase outside of the Klang Valley eg. East Malaysia etc. Beyond Malaysia, I am also well-placed and networked to assist you in both the acquisition and sales of properties in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia) and the United Kingdom.
